PERMODA has been successful since its foundation in 1983 thanks to its business model that has been able to adapt to the diverse challenges of the market, always coming out strong and strong, with new products and in new markets, always looking for high customer satisfaction, with an outstanding look, price and speed of delivery.
This business model has given us year after year strong growth in sales, profitability (EBITDA), and target market share. However, the challenges for us are certainly not diminishing. The ever-increasing expectations of our customers mean that we must change our mindset to allow us to move to the next level of flexibility and operational excellence by being the benchmark for fashion in America. In addition, the continuous change in supply costs is forcing us to accelerate efficiency in our value chain.
It is therefore essential to put in writing in a simple and clear way what the Permoda Business System, Permoda Business System or its acronym PBS, means.
The PBS will develope among all the members of the Permoda group, in order to strive to achieve even greater growth, continuously transform ourselves, and at the same time, confront the growing changes in the different markets in which we are and in which we want to be.

It allows us to focus on customer value and collaboratively involve all of our people. The result is a process of continuous improvement through the relentless pursuit of activities that enable us as an organization to generate economic, environmental and social value.
These results are fundamental for us to remain leaders in our industry in a sustainable manner and to ensure that we can use our complexity and size to our advantage.
